Ways to Give...
There are an abundance of ways you can contribute to Archbishop Stepinac High School. Take a look at our options below. Contact us if you have any questions.
Multi-year pledges enable the donor to contribute a larger gift than would be possible in any one-tax year. Pledge payments may be made over a three year pledge period.
2. Publicly Traded Securities:
Suggested procedures for making such gifts are available upon request.
3. Real Estate & Tangible Personal Property:
Gifts of real estate may take the form of an outright gift of the donor's entire interest in the property - or the gift may be subject to a reserved life estate for the donor.
4. Gifts of Insurance:
Gifts of new or existing life insurance policies may be made by naming Archbishop Stepinac as the owner and irrevocable beneficiary of the policies.
5. Corporate Matching Gifts:
Many corporations or organizations will match cash gifts made by individuals who are associated with them. Usually the personnel office can provide the necessary information and forms.
6. Charitable Remainder Trusts:
Charitable remainder trusts provide a life income to donors or other named individuals, with the remainder of the trust fund ultimately passing to the benefit of Archbishop Stepinac.
7. Charitable Lead Trusts:
Charitable Lead Trusts provide for payment of trust income to Archbishop Stepinac, typically for a fixed period of years with the assets ultimately being returned to the donor or a designee.
8. Recurring Gift Program:
Make a plan or a schedule to offer a gift to Stepinac. Recurring gifts can be made routinely - monthly or annually. Your recurring gift will directly support the student experience, support financial aid, scholarships, academic programs, and student services.
9. IRA Rollover:
The IRA Charitable Rollover allows individuals age 70½ and older to make direct transfers totaling up to $100,000 per year to 501 (c) charities, without having to count the transfers as income for federal income tax purposes. Transfers must come from your IRAs directly to Archbishop Stepinac High School. If you have retirement assets in a 401k, 403b etc., you must first roll those funds into an IRA, and then you can direct the IRA administrator to transfer the funds from the IRA directly to Stepinac.
A bequest in ones will is another way to contribute to Archbishop Stepinac High School. A donor can give a specific bequest amount or give a percentage of the total estate. The donor should seek the services of an attorney or financial adviser for assistance.
