Stepinac Theatre to Stage “Clue” Comedy Mystery with Three Performances at 6 PM, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, January 24, 25 and 27


The acclaimed Stepinac Theatre will stage “Clue,” the hilarious murder mystery based on the iconic movie which was inspired by the classic Hasbro board game of the same name. “Clue” will be presented with on stage general seating that will provide theatregoers with a close-to-the-action experience.

Three early-evening performances are scheduled for 6 PM, Wednesday, Thursday, January 24 and 25 and Saturday, January 27 at Stepinac High School’s iconic Major Bowes Auditorium at 950 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, NY.

“Club” takes place at a remote mansion where six mysterious guests assemble for an unusual dinner party. When their host turns up dead, they all become suspects. The comedy whodunit is guaranteed to leave audiences in stitches.

 

As Stepinac is an all-boys school, the female roles in the cast of 22 will be performed by students from area schools. One of the lead characters will be performed by Calvin Lindo (Class of ’24) of Yonkers who captured the prestigious 2023 Roger Rees Best Leading Actor Award for his performance as Frankie Valli in Stepinac Theatre’s National High School premiere of the Broadway hit musical, “Jersey Boys.” Lindo also won two Metro Awards in that production.

 

The other lead roles of “Clue” will be performed by Ryan Diaz of New York City; John Paul Sateriale of Yorktown Heights and Sterling Varga of Thornwood, all (Class of ’24) and by Amy Walsh (Class of ’25), Sacred Heart High School; Maddie Cockburn (Class of ’25) and Anna Fahy (Class of ’26), both of The Ursuline School; and Francie Baumstark (Class of ’24), Holy Child High School.

 

The cast will also include Stepinac (Class of ’24) students: Andrew Jones of Eastchester; Matthew Gierer of Yonkers; George McFarland of New Rochelle and Jordan Prado of Yonkers; Stepinac (Class of ’25) students Jonathan Guzman of White Plains; Jordan Hamers of Yonkers and Gabriel Mercado of the Bronx; Stepinac (Class of ’26) students Renzo Apsarton of Ardsley and Sebastian Noreiga of White Plains; Stepinac (Class of ’27) students Kieran Ward of the Bronx; John Bohan of Yonkers and Julian Cavallino of Port Chester; Maria Regina High School’s Ariel Saunders (Class of ‘24) of Mount Vernon and Annaliese Brown (Class of ‘25) of Yonkers.
